The houses shown here can be purchased as kits, for you to build yourself (go the the dollhouse kits page, click on the link dollhouse kits). Or, we can build them for you.  All the houses shown here are priced as assembled by us and unpainted.  If you are would like to have these houses painted, we can do that also.  If you click on the house you like you will have an option to choose "painted as shown" and the price is shown there.  We are happy to paint them for you.  All are done completely by hand, with love.
